Her formal academic achievements in engineering both in Scotland and Singapore did not stop her from pursuing her passion in design. Being someone who strongly believes all knowledge is worth having…........she enjoys the process of discovering; acquiring; improving; and ultimately infusing knowledge. She is able to merge and neutralize the technical skills in engineering into the creative world of design.

Engineers are born problem solvers who want to make things work more efficiently and less expensively without compromising in quality, safety and practicality. However, owing to just good structures or minerals is not good enough; designer's enhancement skills came into role to turn the boring structure into a gorgeous ornament. Jane is brave enough and successfully made her turning point after her Masters' degree in Engineering; and she has proven it well from her jewelry pieces.

For the past decade, she travelled around the world constantly to upgrade her knowledge and skills in gemstones and design. Her recent learning trip brought her back to the beautiful town of Florence, Italy that houses some of the greatest oreficeria (goldsmithing) masters in the world. Her knowledge and understanding of jewelry crafting deepened, but she's definitely not stopping here.....
